Handyman of the Month: Every month we will choose a member of the AVID team to be Handyman of the Month. This month it is the king of bathroom renovations, the Hungarian Hercules… Balint. With over 35 years of construction and masonry experience including 10 years here at AVID, Balint is just as comfortable fixing a front door as he is tiling a bathroom. He once helped build a coal refinery in Luxembourg, but that is a bit outside of our normal service area.
We asked the guys around the shop what one word came to mind when we said “Balint”… “strong” and “loyal” were mentioned more than once. We also heard “paprika” (we assume because he is Hungarian) and “who?” (perhaps the new guy wasn’t paying attention during introductions). No matter who you ask you will consistently hear “courteous” and “efficient”. We know you are going to love Balint just as much as we do.
